Please follow the steps outlined below to place a request to cancel your NACH mandates set up via AutoFi:

This cancellation request process applies to all variants of mandates i.e. physical, NB/DC, eSign, etc.

1. Please send an email to info@autofi.co and we shall initiate the process of cancellation of your NACH mandate.

2. Once your cancellation request has been received, our team shall authenticate the request and send an SMS to your registered mobile number.

3. Post receiving the cancellation request from you, AutoFi shall submit the cancellation request on the same day.

4. Once AutoFi has received a confirmation from the Sponsor Bank, AutoFi shall communicate the status of the mandate as cancelled to you.
